Who says NEON is only for summer? Today I'm wearing a super bright manicure that makes up for the cold winter weather :)
I used two coats of Color Club - Poptastic on all my nails (minus the ring finger). On my ring finger, I started off with one coat of Zoya - Laurie, and then put two coats of Beyond the Nail - Razzle Dazzle over it. When all my nails were completely dry, I put a coat of Sally Hansen - Invisible (top coat).
