Easy Valentine's Day Nails

First thing: HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

I felt like doing my nails for Chinese New Year, but easily got distracted by heart rhinestones and a LOVE stamp ... so I did a quick Valentine's Day manicure. 

I started with two coats of Julep - Sheila. On my middle finger, I used three coats of Sally Hansen - Red Carpet. I stamped over it with Bundle Monster - stamping plate BM-412. To finish it off, I put one coat of ELF - Clear and added some cute heart rhinestones!
