I couldn't wait for Halloween just so I could use these pumpkin face decals!
I started by painting my nails with two coats of Beyond the Nail - Neon Orange. When it was dry, I made a face on my thumb nail using Beyond the Nail - Mix n Match Pumpkin Face Nail Decals. I added black rhinestones to the tops of my other nails that I got off Ebay. I topped each nail off with one coat of PRO-FX - Quick Dry Topcoat.
